Booking A Show

If you are a band or performer wanting to book a show in either the main hall or the bistro. Or, are a show promoter looking to rent the venue, Please contact Xander at marketing@theseasonsyakima.com

Please refrain from sending inquiries to info@theseasonsyakima.com as that is our day-to-day business e-mail and also customer service for our box office. We will also not respond to inquiries on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

We will need the following:

  • High-resolution images of the performer/band in 300 DPI for printing show posters.
  • High-quality video of the band/performer performing or a promo video that we can use to create commercials. We will not accept fan videos, or cell phone videos taken from the crowd.
  • Promotional materials including press kits, logos, bios, etc.
  • Dates you are looking to book at either space (main hall/bistro)

If you wish to mail promotional materials including vinyl (we love vinyl!), CDs, posters, stickers, marketing materials, etc.
